"Give Me Your Hand" and we'll walk...

Life together is way better then life isolated.  I know, I was a hermit for two years.  Sort of.  I lived 15 minutes out into the mountains west of Woodland Park, far enough to feel like it was sort of a big deal to go into town.  I remember some of the best feelings I had two years into that season were driving out of my neighborhood at the invitation of…

Scripture To Music Collective Features "Twenty Three"

The lovely people over at Scripture to Music have put one of my songs up this week as a feature.  This song, ever since writing it in Ireland has just taken on a life of it’s own.  I brought it to Ben Pasley in the body of work I…

"Your Bride" Is Beautiful

Your Bride, she’s beautiful when…

She opens her eyes…

She’s been purified…

She sings Your songs…

Of deliverance…

The Bride, the Church with a capital “C” is a beautiful thing.  She encompasses more then we know here in the West, containing a beauty that would be utterly foreign to us if we were confronted with her one morning over a cup of…

Thanks, man! I'm glad you like. I've got a draft of a new album done and hope to finish it by fall and do some traveling (now that we have a drummer).

Congratulations on the band spotting thing, by the way! I think I saw pictures of you and an accompanying mob at Calvin. Do you have plans to play with a band on regular basis or was that just a one time thing?

hoping to be at the show! no, I'm not a slide player, but I've got a guy on the worship team who is incredible at dobro & pedal steel...would you like an intro? no biggie either way...he's the man if you're looking for traditional slide parts...

“There is plenty of courage among us for the abstract but not for the concrete.” - Helen Keller

“Love, like truth and beauty, is concrete. Love is not fundamentally a sweet feeling; not, at heart, a matter of sentiment, attachment, or being "drawn toward." Love is active, effective, a matter of making reciprocal and mutually beneficial relation with one's friends and enemies. Love creates righteousness, or justice, here on earth. To make love is to make justice. As advocates and activists for justice know, loving involves struggle, resistance, risk.” - Carter Heyward
